Responsibilities

• Produce journalistic and institutional content (texts, audio and video) focused on micro and small businesses for the client’s internal and external channels.
• Manage media relations: respond to daily requests, distribute press releases, schedule and accompany interviews, and advise spokespeople.
• Cover and represent the organization at technical and social events, producing content and engaging with attending media outlets.
• Propose story ideas and feature articles to increase the institution’s visibility, including strategic initiatives with the media and influencers.
• Manage image and crisis communication, including risk analysis and proposing actions to strengthen institutional reputation.
• Write a variety of materials such as speeches, articles, briefings, and support materials for projects, campaigns, and events.
• Administer channels and mailing lists: create content for ASN Paraná, social media, and websites; maintain and update regional and national mailings.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing media results, content produced, interviews secured, and other agency deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a journalist with proven work in press relations, institutional content production, and media engagement.
• Preferred experience in public communication, especially projects for the Sistema S or government bodies.
• Strong command of journalistic writing techniques and the ability to produce content across multiple formats and channels (press releases, posts, scripts, articles, etc.).
• Knowledge of media relations and media analysis, including follow-up, interview scheduling, media training, and preparation of analytical reports.
