• Knowledge of media relations, follow-up, interviews, media training, and analytical reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Produce journalistic and institutional content for internal and external outlets.
• Handle media relations: respond to requests, distribute releases, schedule interviews, advise spokespeople.
• Cover events and liaise with media, producing content and coordinating coverage with outlets.
• Pitch story ideas and features to boost visibility, coordinating with press and influencers.
• Manage image and crisis communication, including risk analysis and actions to strengthen reputation.
• Draft speeches, articles, briefings, and support materials for campaigns and events.
• Manage channels and mailing lists: ASN Paraná content, social media, and regional/national mailings.
• Prepare monthly media results reports and other press office deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Production of journalistic and institutional content (text, audio and video), focused on micro and small businesses, for the client's internal and external outlets.
• Media relations: handling daily requests, distributing press releases, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and advising spokespeople.
• Coverage and representation at technical and social events, producing content and liaising with attending media outlets.
• Pitching story ideas and features to increase the institution's visibility, including strategic actions with the press and influencers.
• Image management and crisis communication, including risk analysis and proposing actions to strengthen institutional reputation.
• Writing a variety of materials such as speeches, articles, briefings, and support materials for projects, campaigns, and events.
• Management of channels and mailing lists: content production for ASN Paraná, social media, and websites; maintenance and updating of regional and national mailings.
• Preparation of monthly reports with media results, content produced, interviews generated, and other deliverables from the press office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a journalist, with proven experience in press office work, production of institutional content, and media relations.
• Desirable experience in public communication, particularly in projects for Sistema S (Brazilian network of professional training and service organizations) or governmental bodies.
• Strong command of journalistic writing techniques, with the ability to produce content for multiple formats and channels (press releases, posts, scripts, articles, etc.).
• Knowledge of media relations and media analysis, including follow-up, interview scheduling, media training, and preparation of analytical reports.
