Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned journalist to lead institutional content creation and media relations across internal and external channels in Paraná. You will produce journalistic content, manage media requests, and advise spokespeople while coordinating with events and influencers.

You will cover press office activities, craft releases and speeches, monitor coverage, prepare crisis communications, and deliver monthly reports with results.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a journalist with press office/media relations.
• Experience in public communication, especially in projects for the Sistema S or government agencies.
• Strong command of journalistic writing techniques, with the ability to produce content across multiple formats and channels.

Responsibilities

• Production of journalistic and institutional content (text, audio and video) focused on micro and small enterprises, for the client's internal and external channels.
• Media relations: handling daily requests, sending press releases, scheduling and monitoring interviews, and advising spokespeople.
• Coverage and representation at technical and social events, producing content and liaising with attending media outlets.
• Pitching story ideas and features to increase the institution's visibility, including strategic actions with the press and influencers.
• Image management and crisis communication, with risk analysis and the proposal of actions to strengthen the institution's reputation.
• Writing a variety of materials such as speeches, articles, briefings and support materials for projects, campaigns and events.
• Management of channels and mailings: content production for ASN Paraná, social media and websites; maintenance and updating of regional and national mailing lists.
• Preparation of monthly reports with media results, content produced, interviews generated and other deliverables of the press office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a journalist, with proven work in press office/media relations, institutional content production and media engagement.
• Preferable experience in public communication, especially in projects for the Sistema S or government agencies.
• Strong command of journalistic writing techniques, with the ability to produce content across multiple formats and channels (press releases, posts, scripts, articles, etc.).
• Knowledge of media relations and media analysis, including follow-up, interview scheduling, media training and preparation of analytical reports.
