Jobtailor in Londrina, Brazil is seeking an experienced journalist to lead institutional content production across multiple formats for internal and external outlets.

You will manage media relations, coordinate interviews, advise spokespersons, cover events, and develop story ideas to boost the institution's visibility.

A focus on crisis communication, reporting results, and collaborating with regional teams will be required to maintain accurate, timely communications.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a journalist with press office/media relations.
• Experience in institutional content production and media engagement.
• Public communication experience, especially with Sistema S or government agencies.
• Strong journalistic writing across formats (press releases, social posts, scripts, articles).

Responsibilities

• Production of journalistic and institutional content (texts, audio and video), focused on micro and small businesses, for the client's internal and external outlets.
• Media relations: handling daily requests, sending press releases, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and advising spokespersons.
• Coverage and representation at technical and social events, producing content and liaising with attending media outlets.
• Proposing story ideas and reports to increase the institution's visibility, including strategic actions with the press and influencers.
• Image management and crisis communication, including risk analysis and proposing actions to strengthen institutional reputation.
• Writing a variety of materials, such as speeches, articles, briefings and support materials for projects, campaigns and events.
• Channel and mailing management: content production for ASN Paraná, social media and websites; maintenance and updating of regional and national mailing lists.
• Preparation of monthly reports with media results, produced content, secured interviews and other deliverables from the press office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a journalist, with proven experience in press office/media relations, institutional content production and media engagement.
• Desirable experience in public communication, especially on projects for Sistema S or government agencies.
• Strong command of journalistic writing techniques, with the ability to produce content across multiple formats and channels (press releases, social posts, scripts, articles, etc.).
• Knowledge of media relations and media monitoring/analysis, including follow-up, interview scheduling, media training and preparation of analytical reports.
