Responsibilities

• Support the production of content for internal communication channels.
• Assist in drafting press releases, statements, and materials intended for the media.
• Update and organize journalist and media outlet mailing lists.
• Monitor news and prepare media clippings.
• Support relationships with journalists and influencers under team guidance.
• Provide support for projects run by account teams.
• Organize information for reports, presentations, and client materials.
• Assist in tracking storylines, schedules, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Journalism or Public Relations, preferably from the 4th semester onwards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing skills and command of the Portuguese language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Interest in corporate communications, reputation management, press relations, and internal communications.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a team.
• Interest in an agency environment and the dynamics of servicing multiple clients.
