Jobtailor is seeking a proactive project/program manager in São Paulo to plan and control product development projects from briefing to delivery, coordinating with factories and suppliers.

You will monitor production lead times, inspect shipments, track KPIs, and manage ROI-driven prioritization while applying PMBOK and Agile principles in an industrial setting. Fluency in English and strong Excel are required, with experience in ERP (Protheus a plus) and Power BI for dashboards.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience with import/foreign trade (Comex) and Asian supply chain (China).
• Advanced English for international communication.
• Advanced Excel.
• Project management experience (PMBOK + Agile).
• Experience with ERP systems (Protheus is a plus).
• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp or Monday.com.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and operate task management tools (ClickUp), creating performance dashboards and monitoring team timesheets.
• Identify operational risks and develop fast, effective mitigation plans.

• Work directly on resolving operational bottlenecks with factories and suppliers.
• Manage Brazil–China integration, monitoring production lead times, inspections, and shipments with the international team.
• Track financial project KPIs, analyzing budgets, costs, margins, and profitability via the Protheus ERP.
• Prioritize the project portfolio based on ROI, production capacity, and deadlines.
