Jobtailor in Campinas seeks a Production Planning student to support integrated supply chain planning. You will link Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics to optimize schedules and inventory through PPC methods.

You will consolidate demand forecasts, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements to planning assumptions and tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate integrated supply chain planning between Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics.

• Execute integrated supply chain planning routines, serving as the link between Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics
• Consolidate and analyze sales information, preparing and updating the demand forecast
• Schedule and sequence production, optimizing manufacturing orders based on capacity, changeovers, and demand prioritization
• Monitor performance indicators and production capacity across facilities, identifying bottlenecks and proposing adjustments or scenario simulations
• Manage finished-goods inventory levels, balancing availability, inventory turnover, and service levels
• Contribute to the advancement of the integrated planning process by proposing improvements to assumptions, methods, and tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve planning conflicts and prioritise fulfillment
• Perform other related activities as requested by the immediate manager
• Report process irregularities or improvement opportunities to the immediate manager

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Six months of experience in the field or in entry-level positions is preferred
• Essential knowledge: Production Planning and Control (PPC)
• Data analysis tools and performance indicators
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred knowledge: Quality management tools
• ERP systems
• Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region
• Agility, attention to detail, discipline, emotional balance, adaptability to change, customer focus, negotiation skills, organisation, and an analytical mindset
