Airswift is seeking an Offshore Planner to support a leading offshore oil and gas operator. The role develops maintenance schedules, prepares work packs, coordinates resources, and supports offshore production asset activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The candidate will work with offshore and onshore teams, manage lookahead plans, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards in a fast-paced offshore environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience within FPSO or drilling rig operations.
• Experience in maintenance planning and offshore operations support.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced offshore environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed work packs for major maintenance activities and shutdown campaigns.
• Monitor work progress and provide schedule updates to support maintenance objectives.
• Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts while ensuring safe execution of SIMOPS.
• Interface with offshore and onshore teams to optimize planning activities and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Airswift is searching for an Offshore Planner to support a leading company in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector. This position is responsible for developing maintenance schedules, preparing work packs, coordinating resources, and supporting maintenance activities on offshore production assets to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term maintenance schedules and lookahead plans (7, 30, and 90 days).
• Coordinate resources, materials, and specialized services required to execute planned maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed work packs for major maintenance activities and shutdown campaigns.
• Monitor work progress and provide schedule updates to support maintenance objectives.
• Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts while ensuring safe execution of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
• Interface with offshore and onshore teams to optimize planning activities and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within FPSO or drilling rig operations.
• Previous experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or offshore operations support.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting FPSO maintenance activities.
• Exposure to shutdown planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of offshore maintenance workflows and operational constraints.
