Qualificações

• É desenvolvedor full stack ou backend com experiência em Node.js e TypeScript.
• Experiência com PostgreSQL, preferencialmente com Supabase.
• Conhecimento em construção de funções RPC e arquiteturas de dados backend.
• Familiaridade com REST APIs e padrões de integração de sistemas.
• Experiência em sistemas distribuídos e arquiteturas em nuvem.
• Conhecimento de ferramentas de IA para desenvolvimento (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, v0).
• Entendimento de MCP (Model Context Protocol) é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver serviços backend escaláveis usando Node.js e TypeScript, com foco em desempenho e confiabilidade.
• Construir interfaces frontend com ferramentas low-code e IA para acelerar entregas.
• Projetar infra backend usando Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage e capabilities de vetores).
• Desenvolver funções RPC e estruturas de dados para suportar altas interações entre sistemas.
• Integrar serviços via REST APIs e Supabase SSR para comunicação entre sistemas.
• Criar fluxos de automação com N8N e conectividade baseada em agentes com MCP.
• Garantir testes, ambientes isolados e práticas de integração contínua.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor de Software - Pleno (Node) based in Brazil.

This role is designed for a developer who goes beyond traditional coding and actively contributes to modern, AI-augmented software delivery. You will be part of a multidisciplinary squad building scalable and impactful systems, with a strong focus on automation, distributed architecture, and intelligent workflows. The position involves working with Node.js and TypeScript to develop backend services, APIs, and integrations that support mission-critical applications. You will also contribute to frontend and low-code development flows, leveraging modern AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery and improve productivity. A key aspect of the role is working with agent-based architectures, enabling intelligent systems to interact with tools, data, and external services. You will be involved in building solutions for the education sector, helping deliver technology that has real social impact. This is a highly innovative environment where experimentation, automation, and engineering excellence come together.

Accountabilities:

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, ensuring performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using modern low-code and AI-assisted tools such as Lovable.
• Design and implement backend infrastructure using Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, and vector capabilities).
• Develop and manage RPC functions and data architectures to support high-performance system interactions.
• Integrate services through REST APIs and Supabase SSR, ensuring seamless communication across systems.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using tools such as N8N.
• Implement agent-based connectivity using MCP (Model Context Protocol) for distributed and intelligent systems.
• Ensure proper environment separation, testing coverage, and continuous deployment practices.
• Collaborate in the design of distributed architectures and event-driven systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate educational and business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, preferably with Supabase and related ecosystem tools.
• Experience building RPC functions and working with backend data architectures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration patterns.
• Experience in distributed systems and cloud-based application architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, v0 or similar).
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as N8N.
• Knowledge or exposure to agent-based systems and AI-driven development workflows.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is considered a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.
• Interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation, particularly in education-related initiatives.
• Academic background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
