Role Overview

Ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data according to schedules. Engage with local payroll providers to meet deadlines, minimize escalations, and ensure accurate submission of payroll data. Manage payroll reports and reconcile data according to standards.

Minimum Requirements

• 4 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience in a multinational shared service environment
• Experience with global payroll processing
• Professional payroll qualification
• Background in Payroll/HR/Finance/Systems with core payroll knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Argentina taxes and law

Activities

• Handle enquiries via case management tools, ensuring resolution within SLAs
• Develop action plans and root cause analysis for issues
• Contribute to process and procedure development
• Focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll activities
• Adhere to SSAE16 audit controls
• Perform additional duties as required
