Como você causará um impactov- Lead continuous improvement projects in payroll processes, including integration of new systems and technology tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure proper integration of payroll systems and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
- Oversee and manage the payroll news mailbox, ensuring effective and timely processing of all requests and inquiries made by employees.
- Lead the process of requesting credentials to enable the access of new hires, ensuring a smooth linkage.
- Ensure compliance with the payroll schedule in the different instances of the company: HR support schedule, payroll outsourcing, payments, social security, among others.
- Coordinate the registration of necessary tickets to HR support to process all employee payroll news, ensuring their correct implementation in the system.
- Generate, analyze and present detailed payroll related reports for internal and external management and audits, using advanced reporting skills.
- Respond to and resolve complex employee inquiries regarding their pay, deductions and benefits, demonstrating a high level of service and knowledge.
- Ensure the accurate recording of all necessary information in the system for the management of personnel income and payroll developments.
- Prepare and review retirement documents (resignations, terminations, probationary period and mutual agreements) with attention to detail and legal compliance.
- Execute and supervise payroll in the system according to the schedule, ensuring that files comply with the necessary payroll outsourcing specifications.
- Audit incoming payroll, identify and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
Sobre você- Professional in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering and/or related fields.
- Advanced English (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the payroll process.
- Advanced knowledge in Brazilian labor legislation, tax calculation, payroll and eSocial compliance.
- Experience handling payroll of minimum 400 employees.
- Experience with labor union management.
- Experience with KPI reporting.
- Experience managing systems integration projects.
- Experience with Oracle or related systems.
- Ideally experience in multinational companies or consultancy
