About The Role
GSS HR South America is looking for a Payroll Analyst to perform the following:
- Carry out monthly payroll processing, ensuring proper handling of vacations, terminations, Christmas bonus, transfers, and related routines;
- Ensure accurate payroll closing through data collection, reconciliation, policy application, and compliance with labor legislation;
- Manage ancillary obligations such as e-Social, DCTFWeb, and ensure correct payment of charges (INSS, FGTS, IRS, DIRF, RAIS, etc.);
- Provide efficient and courteous support to employees at all organizational levels;
- Document and update payroll procedures;
- Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Assist accounting and finance departments in payroll-related accounting tasks;
- Participate in time and absence management activities;
- Ensure compliance with audits and regulations;
- Take part in other business support activities.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proven experience with payroll routines (hiring, terminations, vacations, monthly processing, etc.);
- Knowledge in e-Social;
- Advanced English skills (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Knowledge with digital tools, especially Microsoft Office (Excel – VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables) and MS Forms;
- Payroll experience in Argentina and Chile is a plus;
- Knowledge of the LG (FPW) system is an asset;
- Experience with data analysis and management (Power BI) and storytelling will be valued;
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English;
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement;
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
- Proactive, team-oriented, and responsible for own professional development;
- Results-driven, solution-oriented, and open to change.
