Tickmill is looking to hire a Partnership Account Manager that would be responsible for overseeing the business for the Brazil region.

What the job looks like?

The Partnership Account Manager will have the chance to:

  1. Perform administrative and developmental duties to start up and manage business in the Portuguese region.
  2. Communicate with the market through phone calls, e-mails, and live customer chats.
  3. Assist the marketing department in adapting global marketing strategies to the local market requirements (create new promotions, landing pages, products, and features).
  4. Organize and administer local Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels with the help of the Marketing Department.
  5. Promote the business in local language industry-specific forums and organize local language training, seminars, and webinars.
  6. Provide translation assistance for the marketing department regarding local language website, banners, marketing materials, and meet monthly business development targets as set forth by management.
  7. Analyze marketing trends and track competitors’ activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning operational & marketing strategies of the Company.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
  1. Excellent command of English & Portuguese language, both written and oral.
  2. Previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position.
  3. College or University Degree.
  4. Ability to identify, open, and continually drive new initiatives/markets that will grow the brand and will be revenue accretive.
  5. Outstanding negotiation & communication skills.
  6. Organizational & management skills.
  7. Ability to work on own initiative.
  8. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  9. Excellent team player.
