Job Summary

Truelogic Software is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new business and manage key client relationships in the staff augmentation sector. This role requires a strategic, tech-savvy professional with a strong sales background and deep experience in staffing services. You'll be responsible for growing accounts, managing pipelines, and ensuring client satisfaction, working closely with US-based clients. Advanced English and hands-on CRM (HubSpot) skills are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Truelogic’s client portfolio while nurturing and growing existing strategic accounts.

  • Drive revenue growth by managing a defined list of key accounts and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain and optimize a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and consultative selling.

  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and strategic alignment with client needs.

  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Deliver impactful presentations that align client challenges with Truelogic’s technology solutions and services.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management, with a proven track record in driving revenue and managing key accounts.

  • Strong background in Technology Sales, either from a Software Engineering foundation or a Business profile with deep experience in high-tech solutions and technical account management.

  • Experience in the Staffing or IT Recruiting industry, with a solid understanding of service-based business models.

  • Valid B1/B2 visa for business travel to the USA, with availability for occasional client visits.
