We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (fluent in Spanish, English and Russian) to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners;
  • Resolving challenging requests from paying members;
  • Acquisition of new partnerships through multi-channel;
  • Leverage market and central team insights and develop winning strategies to drive and develop partner portfolio growth;
  • Provide comprehensive consultancy, support, advice, and training on the use of system portals;
  • Conduct performance analysis on regional accounts and formulate development strategies for new partner acquisitions;
  • Monitor account activities to identify precise solutions;
  • Development reporting and submission of development pipelines;
  • Attract new partners.

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
