Job Overview

Parikh Financial is seeking a technical-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on Market Growth. This role involves expanding partnerships through resellers, referral partners, and strategic alliances across North America. The ideal candidate will discuss technical integrations, software workflows, and system compatibility with partners, fostering adoption and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage reseller and strategic referral partnerships across North America.
  • Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with partners such as resellers, brokers, associations, and management companies.
  • Lead technical discussions regarding integrations, system compatibility, and product workflows.
  • Assist partners with product demos, explaining RoverPass platform functionalities and integration options.
  • Drive market growth by acquiring partners and converting live parks.
  • Ensure parks go live successfully and actively use RoverPass.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Manage partner commission reporting collaboratively with the Finance team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth park onboarding and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles with a technical aspect.
  • Strong understanding of North American market dynamics.
  • Ability to hold technical conversations about integrations, APIs, and basic SaaS architecture (non-developer level).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic technical tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs, SaaS platforms).
  • Bonus: Experience in outdoor hospitality industry (RV parks, campgrounds, travel, tourism).
