Aim Recruit Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle receiving, inspecting, packing, and shipping of goods in our Brazil North region facility.

You will manage storage, document movements in SAP, and assist in inventory planning while ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to load/unload and assist with shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and inspect incoming goods; unload and dispose packing material.
• Plan and organize outgoing goods; ensure accuracy.
• Inspect finished products and packing; prepare special packages.
• Prepare orders for shipment; unload shuttles.
• File shipping documents; sign dispatch items.
• Tag and safeguard shipments; control outgoing goods.
• Load/unload trucks; organize warehouse storage.
• Receive goods and allocate storage area.
• Document incoming/outgoing goods; enter data in SAP.
• Post real-time movements in SAP.
• Assist planning for warehouse inventories and check quantities.

1. 5 days work / working hours: 8am - 6pm (2 hours OT - 6pm -8pm)

• Receive and inspects incoming goods, loading & unloading goods, disposes packing material.

• Plans and organizes outgoing goods and ensure accuracy of goods.

• Inspect finished products and packing of goods. Prepare special packages and repacks products.

• Prepares orders ready for shipment and unloads shuttles.

• File in shipping documents, signs dispatch items according to delivery notes.

• Tags, marks and safeguards shipments. Controls outgoing goods before loading.

• Loads & unloads trucks, and organizes the storage of goods in the warehouse.

• Receives goods and stores allocate to the designated area. .

• Documents incoming and outgoing goods and entry relevant data in SAP.

• Executes real-time postings in SAP according to physical material movements.

• Supports in planning for warehouse inventories and check the quantities on a regular basis.
