As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market engine—prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and building the foundation for long-term revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a resourceful, target-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance volume with quality.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Initiate outbound outreach to strategic accounts via email, phone, and social platforms

  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, buying intent, and readiness to engage

  • Leverage tools like Gong, Apollo, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize your workflow

  • Work closely with AEs and marketing to align campaigns and iterate on outreach tactics

  • Track KPIs, feedback, and insights to improve conversion and lead quality

What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting

  • Strong prospecting skills and experience booking qualified meetings

  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and sales automation platforms

  • A consultative, engaging communication style with a sharp focus on outcomes

  • Ability to work core U.S. business hours for outreach and collaboration
