About The Role

We’re a high-growth AI startup looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our outbound motion. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine—prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to help introduce groundbreaking AI and emerging tech solutions to new markets.

This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build a steady stream of qualified leads
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across North America
  • Personalize outreach using AI-enhanced platforms like Apollo, Gong, and ChatGPT
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of BDR or outbound B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools (e.g., Lavender, Gong, Apollo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to work U.S. business hours
