Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks an Oral Care Consultant in Sao Paulo to build long-term relationships with dental professionals and drive sales of Colgate’s oral care and professional product lines.

You will conduct technical-scientific visits, manage direct sales in dental offices, and develop partnerships to increase prescription rates and coupon redemptions within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Dentistry, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Must reside in the covered territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 25% of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical-scientific visits to dentists to promote oral hygiene and professional lines.
• Manage direct sales of personalized/electric toothbrushes and professional products in dental offices.
• Develop strategic partnerships with the assigned dentist base to increase prescription rates and coupon redemptions.
• Analyze territory data, generate field reports, and apply a Business Mindset to transform the area.
• Visit partner pharmacies to boost demand and support lower-performing points of sale.
• Meet established daily/monthly visitation metrics and direct sales goals.

Position: Oral Care Consultant

Location: Sao Paulo, SP, BRA, Resident in the city of Praia Grande, Cubatão, Guarujá, São Vicente, or Santos

Responsible for building long-term relationships with dental professionals to drive the effective recommendation, prescription, and in-office usage of Colgate’s oral care and professional product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical-scientific visits to dentists to promote oral hygiene and professional lines.

• Manage direct sales of personalized/electric toothbrushes and professional products in dental offices.

• Develop strategic partnerships with the assigned dentist base to increase prescription rates and coupon redemptions.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Dentistry, or related fields.

• Technical Skills: Intermediate MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory).

• Other Requirements: Must reside in one of the cities within the covered territory, and hold a valid driver's license.

• Travel: Up to 25% of the territory.
