Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Sao Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, invites a student from Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration to join our CS&L team in Demand Planning. This role blends data analysis with process improvement in a global consumer goods context.

You will collect and analyze sales and demand data, automate reports, help develop KPI dashboards, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to improve forecasts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Intermediate level of English with strong comprehension and corporate communication skills.
• Google Sheets, Google Slides and other Google Workspace tools proficiency.
• Mindset focused on analytics, process improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and demand data to support accurate forecasting.
• Process Simplification & Automation: Streamline and automate departmental reports and workflows to boost operational efficiency and agility.
• Dashboard Development: Support the creation and maintenance of KPI dashboards to monitor business performance metrics.
• Demand Forecasting Collaboration: Contribute to the demand forecasting process alongside Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Participate in cross-departmental alignment meetings to ensure synchronized planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement within supply chain planning processes.

About the Position

We are looking for an Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields student with an analytical, inquisitive, and dynamic profile to join our CS&L team, focusing on the Demand Planning scope. Main Responsibilities and Duties

Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and demand data to support accurate forecasting.

Languages: Intermediate level of English or higher, featuring strong comprehension skills and functional corporate communication capabilities.

Google Ecosystem: Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other tools within the Google Workspace ecosystem.

Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and innovation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Proactivity and eager interest in continuous learning

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic to foundational coding knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL)
