Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to support SAP ECC environments, handle incidents and change requests, and drive improvements in MM processes. The role requires deep SAP MM knowledge and strong collaboration with business users and IT teams.

Desirable experience includes SAP S/4HANA projects, ITSM tools, and experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Great learning and international exposure opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Advanced English required and strong SAP MM AMS experience.
• Solid experience supporting SAP ECC environments and AMS / Application Support projects.
• Expertise in SAP MM processes: PR, RFQ, PO, IM, GR/GI, IV, MA, Vendor/Account determination.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional SAP MM support for ECC environments and AMS engagements.
• Resolve incidents, handle service requests, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure stable MM processes.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

The SAP MM AMS Consultant will provide support for SAP ECC environments. The professional will be responsible for providing functional support, resolving incidents and service requests, implementing improvements, and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of SAP Materials Management (MM) processes.

Solid functional expertise in SAP MM, experience in AMS/Production Support environments, and the ability to collaborate with business users and multidisciplinary teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Experience with SAP MM AMS
• Strong experience supporting SAP ECC environments.
• Proven experience in AMS / Application Support projects.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Procurement Process (PR, RFQ, PO)
• Inventory Management
• Goods Receipt and Goods Issue
• Invoice Verification
• Material Master
• Vendor Master
• Release Strategy
• Purchasing Organization Structure
• Account Determination
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating functional specifications and supporting developments.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI and SD.

Desirable Skills

• SAP MM Certification.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Knowledge of SAP WM and/or EWM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or migrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SolMan, Jira, or other ITSM tools.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba or procurement solutions.
• Experience working in global support teams.
