Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil seeks an Oracle E-Business Suite DBA to join a cloud-enabled data team. You will manage Oracle EBS databases on OCI/AWS, perform patching, backups, RAC and Data Guard, and contribute to disaster recovery readiness.

The role includes schema migrations, RMAN-based backups, and integrating external nodes with reverse proxies, with growth opportunities through collaboration and learning.

Qualificações

• Experience managing Oracle DBs in Cloud (OCI/AWS).
• Hands-on Linux shell scripting. RMAN and hot backup experience.
• Experience with EBS R12.2/19c cloning.
• Knowledge of EM tasks like DB discovery agent installation.
• Experience setting up external nodes with reverse proxy.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in capacity planning and sizing.
• Troubleshoot Apps DBA activities.
• Execute EBS and DB patching.
• Perform schema migrations and data pump exports/imports.
• Set up and troubleshoot RAC Database.
• Configure Data Guard and DR drills.
• Build new databases with EBS setup.
• Monitor DR support activities.

Requirements

• Experience of managing DB in Cloud platforms: OCI/AWS
• Experience with cloud native DB management tool
• Hands on experience on Linux shell scripting
• Backup and Recovery (RMAN and hot backup)
• Experience in R12.2 and 19c cloning
• Knowledge in EM related tasks such as DB discovery agent in-stallation
• Experience in setting up external node along with reverse proxy setup

Responsibilities

• Participate in capacity planning and sizing exercise.
• Troubleshooting Apps DBA activities
• Experience on EBS DBA Sysadmin activities
• Application of Oracle Application patches and DB patches
• Work on Schema Migration
• Export and Import (Schema, Tablespace and Table Export), data pump
• Setup and Implementation and troubleshooting of RAC Database
• Data Guard setup and configuration, troubleshooting
• Performing New Database Build along with EBS application setup
• Monitoring and troubleshooting DR support activities
• Participate on yearly DR drill for EBS
