About the Role
As an Operations Manager in the Financial Business Group, you will play a key role in scaling the operations of our lending and financing products across both launch and growth phases. By overseeing existing initiatives, analyzing performance data, and executing CRM campaigns, you will directly contribute to driving product adoption, improving financial access for earners, and accelerating business growth. Your work will involve managing end-to-end operational workflows and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners—enabling you to shape how Uber delivers impactful, scalable financial solutions.
