Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a data-and-operations student to support the construction planning and operational excellence area. You will assist with data integration, generate performance indicators, and help analysts respond to requests while maintaining data accuracy.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, with exposure to construction planning and S-curve analysis as you contribute to improving efficiency and safety.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in construction sites or Operational Excellence is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with data integration and respond to analysts' requests for predefined tasks.
• Perform tasks accurately to help analysts optimize operations.
• Populate and generate performance indicators and production dashboards.
• Analyze success factors to improve line stability, safety, quality, pace and cost.
• Develop a simulator to analyze construction disbursement S-curve.
• Update base files to maintain data accuracy.
• Guard the Tenda Industrial Model following area policies and targets.

• Assist with basic tasks in the area, such as data integration and responding to analysts' requests for predefined and stabilized tasks, freeing analysts to handle new demands.
• Perform tasks accurately and quickly, assisting the area's analysts in carrying out activities aimed at optimizing operations.
• Populate and generate performance indicators and production monitoring systems (Overview);
• Analyze success factors to ensure line stability and improve performance in terms of safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost and people;
• Prepare construction planning, including validation with managers and monthly follow-up (Master Plan);
• Collect and consolidate construction measurement data (PLS);
• Develop a simulator to analyze the S-curve of construction disbursements;
• Update the area’s base files to ensure data accuracy;
• Act as a guardian of the Tenda Industrial Model, following established routines in accordance with area policies, as well as expected targets and results.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;
• Intermediate Excel;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• The following will be considered a plus:
• Experience in construction sites or the construction industry;
• Experience in Operational Excellence.
