Jobtailor in Recife, Brazil is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure tasks are completed on time within SLAs, and prioritize work across the group. You will oversee daily operations, address deviations, and maintain quality.

The role requires KPI monitoring, data analysis, and collaboration with clients and internal departments. Proficiency with Excel and Power BI, plus familiarity with automation and process improvement, are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing operations or processes.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and analyzing data.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and tools (including AI).
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and Power BI.
• Experience with continuous improvement and process automation is a plus.
• Experience with operational financial management (revenue, costs, P&L) is a plus.
