CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore PTE LTD is hiring Warehouse Assistants to support picking, packing and shipping activities in a busy warehouse. The role requires hands-on experience and familiarity with WMS/SAP, with forklift or height training seen as a plus.

Shifts are 12 hours, with a schedule including Sundays to Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays. Walk-in interviews are held at Staytion Spaces in Singapore, offering opportunities for sign-on bonuses, annual leave and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment; familiarity with WMS or SAP is a plus.
• Forklift license or working at height training is advantageous.
• Cleanroom experience is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work long hours and under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Perform picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely.
• Operate pallet jack to move goods within the warehouse.
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Prepare and print labels for products and shipments.
• Conduct sorting, scanning and inventory-related tasks as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations.
• Support daily operations and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Days and Hours

Logistics Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely.
• Operate pallet jack equipment for the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Prepare and print labels for products and shipments.
• Conduct sorting, scanning and inventory-related tasks as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess working experience in warehouse environment and knowledge in WMS / SAP system will be an advantage.
• Possess forklift license/ Work at Height or other experience in operating MHEs will be an advantage.
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Able to carry 15 - 20kg in warehouse.
