CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is hosting a mass hiring walk-in interview for Warehouse Assistants. Location of interview: Staytion Spaces. Shifts cover day, mid, and night with OT if required.

Offices at 4 Woodlands Height and 46 Penjuru Lane. Responsibilities include picking/packing, loading/unloading, operating pallet jacks, labeling, sorting, and inventory tasks, and maintaining safety. Prior warehouse experience and WMS/SAP knowledge are a plus; forklift/MHE experience is

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS or SAP systems is advantageous.
• Forklift license or MHE experience is a plus.
• Ability to work long hours and handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely.
• Operate pallet jack equipment for movement inside the warehouse.
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Prepare and print labels for products and shipments.
• Conduct sorting, scanning and inventory-related tasks as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday:

• Day shift: 8.00am - 5.30pm (Able to commit OT if required)
• Mid Shift: 1.00pm to 10.30pm
• Night shift: 8.00pm - 5.30am (Able to commit OT if required)

Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently.

• Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Prepare and print labels for products and shipments.
• Conduct sorting, scanning and inventory-related tasks as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possess working experience in warehouse environment and knowledge in WMS / SAP system will be an advantage.
• Possess forklift license/ Work at Height or other experience in operating MHEs will be an advantage.
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Able to carry 15 - 20kg in warehouse.
