Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and ensure a structured, value-driven rollout of our platform.

You will be the main client contact during onboarding, coordinate with Technology, Operations, Product and Business teams, and monitor progress to prevent risks.

Strong communication, negotiation and project-management skills, plus a completed degree and advanced Excel, are required to deliver sustainable client success.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

• Experience in implementation, onboarding or project management at B2B companies.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
