Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking an experienced Client Success/Implementation Specialist to guide healthcare clients through onboarding, configuration, and integrations. You will partner with Sales, Product and Technology to collect requirements, propose improvements, and ensure smooth system parameterization and testing.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to discuss technical topics with clients, translating business rules into actionable configurations.

Qualificações

• Technical‑functional understanding and knowledge.
• Experience in the healthcare market.
• Experience with system implementation and configuration (min 1 year).
• Knowledge of Supplementary Health processes.
• Familiarity with TISS and TUSS standards.
• Experience with system integrations via Web Services.

Responsabilidades
