STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide daily engineering support for semiconductor manufacturing operations, resolving process and production issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, implementing corrective actions, driving Lean initiatives, and supporting NPI, product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities. Documentation and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision assembly.
• Background in manufacturing processes and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in process documentation and SOPs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and resolve process, product, and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality, yield, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities.
• Support engineering changes, new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing documents, including work instructions, SOPs, process flows, and technical reports.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Job Scope:

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and resolve process, product, and production issues to minimize downtime.
