People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a production line professional for a 12-hour rotating shift (8-8) at our Yishun site. You will manage assigned semiconductor processes, investigate defects, map root causes and ensure timely closure of quality reports.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical and Materials Engineering or an equivalent qualification, with preference for experience in singulation, wirebond and die attach. Strong problem-solving ability and initiative are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the assigned processes in the production line.
• Investigate defects, map root causes, compile affected lots and close Inspection Reject Reports.
• Support NPI lots, engineering evaluation runs and data compilation.
• Create process recipes, perform machine buyoff and monitor SPC.
• Participate in cost saving, yield improvement and productivity initiatives.

Job:

• Manage the assigned processes in the production line.
• Responsible for firsthand investigation, defect mapping, affected lot list compilation and resolution of the problem, timely closure of Inspection Reject Report and lot disposition.
• Support NPI lot, engineering evaluation runs and data compilation.
• Responsible for recipe creation, machine buyoff and SPC monitoring.
• Participate in the cost saving, yield improvement and productivity activities.

Requirement :

• Diploma in Mechanical and Material Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in the following Semicon processes is preferred: singulation /wirebond /die attach
• Strong process orientation.
• Good Initiative & follow-up.
• Great problem-solving skill.
