Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to define and optimize pricing strategies for our Brazil-based operations. You will analyze market positioning, customer value, and competitive dynamics to develop data-driven pricing recommendations and packaging strategies.

You will design subscription plans and bundles for different customer segments, conducting financial simulations to assess impact on revenue and conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing, Market Intelligence, or related fields.

• Familiar with B2B SaaS recurring revenue models.
• Ability to translate market data into actionable pricing recommendations.
• Experience with AI-enabled pricing processes is a plus.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst based in Brazil.

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a strategic role in defining and optimizing pricing strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen market competitiveness. You will analyze market positioning, customer-perceived value, competitive dynamics, and business performance to develop data-driven pricing recommendations. A key part of your role will involve designing product packaging strategies, defining subscription plans, and optimizing product bundles for different customer segments. You will also conduct financial simulations and assess the impact of pricing decisions on conversion rates, average deal size, and recurring revenue. Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams, you will identify new monetization and revenue expansion opportunities. Accountabilities:

• Develop pricing analyses and strategic recommendations based on market positioning, customer-perceived value, competitive dynamics, and overall business objectives.
• Design, structure, and continuously improve product packaging strategies, defining subscription plans, pricing tiers, bundles, and combinations of products and features for different customer segments.
• Analyze key business performance indicators and conduct pricing and commercial scenario simulations to assess the impact of different pricing strategies on conversion rates, average deal size, and recurring revenue.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new monetization opportunities and potential areas for revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and customer expansion strategies.
• Develop and refine pricing policies, discount structures, and commercial terms in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Translate market intelligence and business data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence to improve pricing processes, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Pricing, Market Intelligence, Product Strategy, Commercial Planning, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, scenario modeling, and commercial and financial feasibility studies.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and recurring revenue structures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing simulations.
• Ability to transform complex datasets and market intelligence into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including relevant tools, applications, and emerging concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate pricing recommendations to different stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Previous pricing experience in SaaS companies, B2B software businesses, or LegalTech environments.
• Experience developing product packaging strategies, subscription plans, bundles, and commercial offers.
• Familiarity with key SaaS performance metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), churn, average deal size, and revenue expansion.
• Experience designing and implementing monetization, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio, as well as SQL.
• Familiarity with Willingness to Pay (WTP) research and value-based pricing methodologies.
