Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Flooring BU Revenue Operations Analyst based in Brazil.

In this role, you will support commercial strategy and business growth by transforming complex performance data into actionable insights, reliable forecasts, and clear recommendations. You will work across key revenue operations areas, including bookings, pipeline, renewals, churn, pricing, professional services, and sales productivity. Partnering closely with business leadership, Sales, Finance, and central Revenue Operations teams, you will help improve decision-making and commercial performance. You will contribute to forecasting cycles, strategic planning, performance reviews, and the evaluation of go-to-market initiatives. The position offers broad exposure to business operations, data analytics, and revenue strategy within an international and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who combines technical expertise, commercial curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Accountabilities
  • Commercial Performance Analysis: Build and maintain an integrated view of business performance across bookings, CARR, ARR, pipeline, churn, renewals, price increases, professional services, and revenue conversion. Prepare recurring reports, investigate performance variations, identify business drivers, and provide clear insights into risks and growth opportunities.
  • Forecasting and Scenario Planning: Support commercial forecasting by consolidating actual results, pipeline data, renewal trends, professional services projections, and business initiative assumptions. Validate forecast submissions, analyze forecast movements, develop different business scenarios, and support alignment between operational forecasts, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
  • Pipeline Management and Sales Execution: Monitor pipeline coverage, creation, quality, conversion rates, sales velocity, deal progression, aging, and slippage. Identify data inconsistencies and commercial risks, maintain action trackers, and support the implementation of standardized pipeline management practices.
  • Go-to-Market Initiative Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, product launches, campaigns, bundles, and cross-selling strategies. Track performance against objectives, analyze conversion, retention, productivity, pricing, and product mix, and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
  • Capacity, Quota, and Territory Planning: Maintain analytical views of sales capacity, workforce changes, vacancies, onboarding, productivity, quotas, territories, and account allocation. Identify coverage gaps and resource imbalances, support quota-setting and territory planning, and coordinate workforce data across relevant departments.
  • Data Quality and Reporting Excellence: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business reporting through regular data-quality checks and reconciliation of multiple sources. Develop analytical models, reporting tools, documentation, and standardized processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Planning and Performance Reviews: Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and recurring forecasting cycles. Prepare analytical inputs, reports, presentations, and action trackers for weekly commercial reviews, monthly business performance meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Operations Lead, business leadership, Sales, Finance, Professional Services, People, and Data and Systems teams to coordinate information, monitor deliverables, and ensure consistent reporting and operational execution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Business Analysis, FP&A, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful commercial insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and practical experience with CRM, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is considered an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of commercial and revenue metrics, including bookings, ARR/CARR, pipeline, conversion rates, churn, retention, price realization, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and quota attainment.
  • Ability to consolidate and reconcile information from multiple data sources, identify inconsistencies, validate assumptions, and document business rules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring reporting requirements, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise, accurate, and leadership-ready reports and performance commentary.
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Professional Services, People, Data, and Systems.
  • Proactive and curious approach to understanding business performance, with the ability to quickly develop knowledge of the Flooring market, products, customers, sales channels, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background.
Benefits
