Jobtailor in Brasília, Brazil is seeking a network support professional to configure routers, switches, and access points, and to assist field technicians with installations and tests. You will use ServiceNow/Remedy to track tickets and ensure SLA compliance for advanced data products.

Collaboration with supervisors will be essential to maintain service quality. The role requires practical knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF and related protocols, and proficiency with office software for daily

Qualificações

Experience performing connectivity tests on internet links.
Assist field technicians by providing guidance on configurations to be made on network equipment.
Experience following technical procedures to configure equipment: routers, switches and related devices.
Basic knowledge of network protocols required (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISDN, R2, among others).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

Configure network equipment: Router, Switch, Access Point.
Provide support to field technicians for installation of network equipment.
Perform operational tests on equipment and internet access.
Contact network structure technicians and analysts to collect information on scheduled service appointments.
Access ServiceNow/Remedy, SIGITM, SIGITM TA, and other tools to retrieve information and update the status of current and scheduled tickets.
Identify deviations and engage supervisors and management to meet SLAs for Advanced Data products (Dedicated IP, MPLS, etc.).
Validate that access release processes (technicians at service locations) are being followed.
Update controls and create tracking files to facilitate follow-up of critical cases.
