Akron Global School is seeking a Music Teacher to design and facilitate musical experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, listening, and self-expression for children from Toddlers through 2nd Grade.

This hourly position offers 10 hours per week, focusing on age-appropriate activities, English language development, and exposure to diverse musical traditions, while supporting holistic child development and active participation.

• Introduce children to diverse cultures, musical repertoires, and traditions, broadening their perspectives through different forms of expression.

We are looking for a Music Teacher to design and facilitate musical experiences that foster children's curiosity, creativity, listening, and self-expression. In Early Childhood, music is a powerful language for exploring rhythm, movement, voice, sound, instruments, and relationships, contributing to children's holistic development and cultural repertoire.

More than teaching music through traditional content-based instruction, we are looking for a professional who can create meaningful, inquiry-driven experiences that are appropriate for each developmental stage and encourage children to explore and participate actively.

This position will be structured on an hourly teaching basis of 10 hours per week.
