Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a proactive IT operations specialist to monitor systems and applications, tune alerts, and analyze logs to support incident diagnosis.

You will record incidents in ServiceNow, collaborate with support, operations and development to resolve issues, and help prevent outages with proactive monitoring and basic dashboards.

A curious, versatile profile with scripting skills (Shell/Python) and familiarity with batch routines is valued.

Qualificações

• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
• Understanding of batch schedulers and logs analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively monitor systems and applications, identifying patterns and anomalies.
• Configure and tune monitoring items, alerts and basic dashboards in observability tools.

• Handle known failures according to operational procedures.
• Monitor system integrations and file exchanges with partners.
• Perform controlled reprocessings with consistency and traceability.
