Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to coordinate financial planning, KPI monitoring, and reporting for the executive board in Campinas. You will oversee billing, governance, and cross-functional alignment to drive sustainable growth.

The role requires an MBA or postgraduate finance/business management, strong leadership, and a track record in service companies with complex operations. You will champion efficiency and compliance across finance processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA in Finance or Postgraduate Degree in Business Management.
• Solid leadership experience in Finance, Controllership, Accounting and Tax.
• Experience managing financial results, KPIs, and financial processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate financial planning and monitor KPIs.
• Consolidate financial analyses and projections for Executive Board decisions.
• Lead management of the billing and collections cycle.
• Monitor indicators and drive improvements for efficiency and predictability.
• Promote integration across the revenue cycle stages.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory obligations.

• Coordinate financial planning and monitor key performance indicators
• Consolidate financial analyses and projections, translating insights into recommendations to support the Executive Board's decision-making
• Lead management of the billing and collections cycle
• Monitor indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives for financial efficiency and predictability
• Promote integration across the various stages of the revenue cycle
• Ensure the quality and consistency of accounting, tax, and financial information and processes
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and with controls applicable to the business
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Lead governance initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Lead the financial teams and their respective leaders
• Align the different aspects of the finance function with strategic priorities and business needs
• Partner with the Executive Board, providing analyses, scenarios, and financial perspective to strategic decisions
• Lead and support process evolution initiatives and implementation of solutions for the organization's sustainable growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Business Management, or related areas
• Solid experience in leadership positions within Finance, Controllership, Accounting and Tax
• Experience managing financial results, KPIs, and financial processes
• Experience working in dynamic environments
• Experience in review and maturation of corporate financial processes is a plus
• Experience in service companies in the same sector or organizations with more complex operations is a plus
• Additional qualification in People Management or Leadership is a plus
