Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven analyst to join our Rio de Janeiro team. You will assess contract performance, manage the B2B IT improvement portfolio, and support governance through KPI development and executive reporting.

The role requires collaboration with Commercial, IT, and Controllership, strong data storytelling, and the ability to influence across functions without formal authority to drive cross‑functional improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in performance analysis and portfolio prioritization.
• Strong executive communication skills and data storytelling ability.
• Results-oriented with an analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams such as Commercial, IT, and Controllership even without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Assess contract performance, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow up with the Commercial team on action plans and monitor the progress of the B2B IT improvement portfolio.
• Manage the project portfolio, supporting governance, prioritization, capacity planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Drive the initiative intake pipeline, defining prioritization criteria and balancing capacity versus demand.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations focused on area performance and the progress of initiatives.
