• Handle travel requests via email, OBTs, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Prepare quotes, make reservations, issue tickets, and process changes for air travel, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Manage multi-city itineraries, travel emergencies, and last-minute changes.
• Operate travel agency systems and corporate travel management platforms.
• Use and provide operational support for OBT tools such as Lemontech and Argo.
• Ensure compliance with clients’ corporate travel policies.
• Manage service requests end to end, ensuring quality, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
• Support the team with operational questions and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and workflows.
• Work as a Floater Consultant across different accounts and teams.
• Cover vacations, planned absences, and leaves of absence.
• Handle demand peaks and provide temporary operational reinforcement.
• Adapt to different clients, policies, workflows, and tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Solid experience as a travel consultant at a travel agency or TMC.
• Advanced knowledge of systems used in the travel industry, including GDSs and reservation management systems.
• Experience with OBT (Online Booking Tool) platforms, especially Lemontech, Argo, and Wooba.
• Experience serving corporate clients and managing travel policies.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and requests simultaneously with a high level of organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to handling complex situations.
• Flexibility to work across different operations, teams, and client profiles.
• Experience supporting strategic or high-volume corporate accounts.
• Experience providing technical support or training to junior consultants.
• Knowledge of performance indicators, including SLAs, response time, and service quality.
• Previous experience working in multi-client environments or operational backup roles.
