What You Will Do

1. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes using RPA technologies.
2. Integrate computer use and existing LLM libraries to enhance automation capabilities and tooling.
3. Leverage automation frameworks such as Playwright and Puppeteer to facilitate complex automated interactions.
4. Continuously improve automation processes, implementing best practices and emerging methodologies.
5. Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA solutions.

Must Have

• 3+ years of proven experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in leading RPA libraries.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining high quality.
• Solid full-stack development experience (JS/TS/Node), especially with software testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with automation or testing frameworks such as Playwright and Puppeteer.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves

• ML experience (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Production NLP or LLM experience (e.g., spacy, langchain, LLM API usage).
• Full-stack development experience (JS/TS/Node).
• Production AWS, container, and/or data orchestration experience.
• Experience in startups or consultancies.
• Healthcare data experience.
