Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Senior Analyst to support CX Operations with data-driven insights. You will build dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to efficiency gains and quality improvements across post-sales teams.

You will conduct exploratory analysis, run hypothesis tests, present to senior management, and collaborate with Product and Customer Service to improve the customer journey. On-site presence is required at least 2 days per week in the São Paulo office.

Qualificações

Analytical mindset and curious profile.
Knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Autonomy and on-site availability 2 days/week in São Paulo.

Work closely with CX Operations, supporting ad hoc analyses and providing inputs to drive efficiency gains, quality improvements, and better management
Monitor and refine Customer Experience performance metrics
Lead and report results in governance forums across business units and post-sales teams
Build dashboards and visualizations of performance indicators
Conduct studies based on business pain points and identify improvement opportunities
Support senior management in strategic decisions through exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and executive presentations
Identify, propose, and address systemic and process improvements to boost operational metrics
Collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to generate multidisciplinary insights and improve the customer journey
Monitor and analyze budget/forecast together with the Planning function regarding the financial health of the post-sales area

Requirements

Analytical mindset and curious profile
Knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Metabase, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau
Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
Comfortable with presentation routines and meetings, especially for Senior Analyst roles
Autonomy
Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week at the São Paulo, SP office
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other STEM fields preferred but not required
Nice-to-haves: experience with HubSpot CRM; Metabase, Databricks, or PostgreSQL; interfacing with CX; experience in startups/scale-ups

Core Competencies

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and data visualization to drive customer experience improvements and operational efficiency. Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior management.
