Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a data professional to structure and integrate large data sets from internal and public sources, building automated ETL and analytical models.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, and Python scripts to support market intelligence, governance of datasets, and studies across provider networks. Collaborative, data-driven role with impact on BI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in data/tech/engineering/statistics or related field.
• MBA or certifications in Analytics/Data Science/AI preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Structure, integrate, and process large volumes of data from internal databases and public sources.
• Work with ANS datasets (SIB, SIP, DIOPS, TISS, Monitoramento da Garantia de Atendimento, among others).
• Integrate information from other public databases such as CNES, IBGE, DATASUS, Receita Federal and other relevant sources.
• Develop automated processes for data collection, cleaning and updating.
• Create analytical models to support market studies, competitor analysis, provider network assessment and beneficiary behavior analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards in Power BI.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, ETL, web scraping and statistical analyses.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of the datasets used by the team.
• Support Market Intelligence analysts in the preparation of studies and analyses.
• Document processes, datasets and methodologies used.
• Continuously search for new public and private data sources that add intelligence to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data, Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Preferred: MBA, specialization or certifications in Analytics, Data Science, AI or Data Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Power BI.
