Key Responsibilities:

• Master Insurance Verification: Verify coverage before services, prevent claim denials, maximize revenue.
• Financial Counseling: Explain costs and billing processes clearly to patients.
• Solve Billing Problems: Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Drive Patient Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service during financial conversations.
• Be the Face of AFC: Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage Front Desk Operations: Payments, scheduling, check-ins efficiently.
• Protect Patient Information: Maintain records following HIPAA regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with insurance verification and medical billing.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts empathetically.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Experience as Medical Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in Customer Service in healthcare.
• Tech-savvy with billing software and EMR systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude in challenging financial conversations.
