Job Title Medical Devices Maintenance Specialist III Job Description One sentence description of the role Provide world-class technical service and support for Philips Medical Imaging solutions, ensuring maximum equipment performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across Southern Brazil. Your role: As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for Philips Medical Imaging systems, ensuring customers receive reliable and high-quality service while maximizing equipment uptime.
You will partner closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, remote support teams, technical specialists, and cross-functional teams to diagnose complex technical issues, perform repairs, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
You will leverage your technical expertise to support sophisticated imaging technologies, including X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Interventional X-ray (Hemodynamics), while ensuring compliance with Philips quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role is based in Cascavel, Paraná, and requires approximately 70% travel to support customers across the assigned territory.
