Siemens Mobility in Brazil, Santa Catarina, is seeking a mid-level Material Planner to manage material planning and maintain optimal stock levels to meet production demand. You will work with suppliers, perform MRP analysis, and support shipping, invoicing, and receiving processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of materials planning experience, with knowledge of SAP and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in Logistics, International Relations, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
• At least 2 years of materials planning experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Six Sigma knowledge.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan materials and fulfill ROP (safety stock) according to MRP analysis.
• Exchange communication with the supplier base to achieve required and optimum stock level.
• Ensure the supply chain of materials to mitigate production downtime.
• Collaborate in shipping, invoicing and receiving; work with suppliers to improve KPI delivery.

What will you do?

Material Planner will be responsible of material planning, fulfill ROP (safety stock) according to MRP analysis and exchange communication with the supplier base to achieve the required and optimum stock level to meet demand and customers’ needs.

The Material planner will also ensure the supply chain of his/her materials to mitigate production down time. He/she will be involved in shipping, invoicing and receiving areas as well as working with suppliers to increase KPI supplier delivery.
