An international Leisure & Hospitality group is currently seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance lead generation, and accelerate sales conversion. Based in São Paulo, this role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketing professional with strong commercial acumen and a flair for design and digital campaigns.

About the Marketing Specialist role

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and market penetration. This position involves a blend of strategic planning, campaign execution, market analysis, and creative design, ensuring brand consistency and effective audience engagement. Acting as a key player in the marketing team, the specialist will work closely with internal and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals, optimize lead generation, and boost conversion rates. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and increase sales conversion in the B2B segment.
  2. Conducting comprehensive market research and campaign performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
  3. Creating visual concepts and graphic materials in collaboration with the design team, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print media.
  4. Crafting compelling and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives, leveraging copywriting techniques for maximum impact.
  5. Managing and planning social media campaigns across major platforms, with a focus on audience engagement and growth.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams (sales, design) and external partners (agencies) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

For this role, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with international business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, commercial, and analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions. Expertise in paid traffic platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads, is required, alongside mastery of written Portuguese and technical copywriting skills. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Mlabs and Hootsuite is also important.
