Content Marketer — Social
Full-time

  • Remote (Americas time zones preferred)
  • Reports to the Head of Marketing
The Job

Work for one of the fastest growing men's health companies in the world. The Content Marketer shapes the company’s voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Success in this role is measured by the consistency of scheduled posts, the clarity of brand storytelling, and month-over-month growth in reach and engagement.

Week-to-Week Responsibilities
  • Start the week with a social-trends scan and a draft agenda for upcoming posts.
  • Mid-week, create copy, source visuals or film short clips, and schedule content with on-brand captions and hashtags.
  • Moderate comments, engage in relevant threads, and flag customer feedback for the product team daily.
  • Export analytics every Friday, analyze performance, and suggest content calendar adjustments for the next week.
Tools Used Daily

Canva or Figma, CapCut, Later or Hootsuite, Google Sheets or GA4. Knowledge of sentiment analysis or AI tools is a plus.

Desired Experience

2-3 years of social content experience, a portfolio demonstrating crisp copy and at least one short-form video, and ability to manage a multi-channel calendar independently. Proficiency in English is required; conversational Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.

First-Quarter Goals
  • Publish 30 consecutive days of scheduled posts.
  • Increase average engagement per post by at least 10%.
  • Create a simple dashboard for leadership review.
