The Content Marketer creates, curates, edits, and manages strategic marketing content. This position reliably and independently produces accurate, on-brand, compelling content that contributes to measurable business goals and aligns with the company's strategic priorities.
This position is remote and open to candidates in Brazil or Colombia.
What you will be doing
- Write and edit compelling content, including SEO-rich web copy, case studies, articles, e-books, emails, social media posts, video scripts, digital ads, and more. This content will drive traffic, engagement, and leads to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to develop and iterate on a content plan, including strategic recommendations, for assigned areas. Contribute to the growth and maintenance of the content plan.
- Consult with product and industry experts to craft error-free, compelling messaging that supports revenue growth.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and editorial guidelines, maintaining consistency with the company’s voice, style, and tone.
- Use storytelling techniques to create benefits-focused content that addresses readers’ needs.
- Work with operations teams to monitor content performance metrics and ensure alignment with business impact.
- Manage translation processes, including coordinating reviews, approvals, and CMS implementation.
- Use CMS tools to optimize content creation, updates, and publishing workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging content marketing best practices.
- Provide feedback to team members and leadership regarding technical skills and content quality.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in content marketing, communications, and writing
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for easy understanding
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and organization
- Expertise in creating clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content
- Experience writing digital content for websites, emails, videos, advertising, and social media
- Knowledge of direct-response writing strategies
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation
- Ability to manage translation workflows from review to CMS implementation
- Proficiency in AP Style
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Equivalent education and experience that meet role requirements
