Jobtailor is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth through data-driven optimization across media and performance channels. You will develop tests, analyses, and strategies to improve KPIs while balancing growth with profitability, turning data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and BI tools, plus advanced Excel and dashboard-building skills, are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media, or Growth.
• Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of performance metrics (CAC, CPA, CPC, ROAS, ROI, LTV).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience building dashboards and presenting results.
